Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:
We offer refunds for items that are unused, undamaged, unperishable, and in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery. However, there are some exceptions to this policy, which include:

  • Personalized or customized items: We do not offer refunds for items that have been personalized or customized according to your specifications.
  • Perishable items: We cannot offer refunds for perishable items such as but not limited to fresh or dairy food, unless they have been received in substandard conditions.

2. Return Process: If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
a) Contact us: Before returning an item, please contact Sellati through the Sellati App using the Chat Platform, or through email or by phone. Our team will guide you through the return process.
b) Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect the return enquiry, once validated, we will process your refund and update you on the status.

3. Refund Options:

  • Full Refund: In case you are eligible for a full refund, the cost of the items paid at the time of purchase will be refunded to you.
  • Partial Refund: In case an item ordered is missing and or damaged upon receiving an order, the cost of the item paid at the time of purchase will be refunded to you.
  • Exchange: If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, color, style, or brand, we can process an exchange for you depending upon availability. The cost difference, if any, will be either refunded or charged to you accordingly.

4. Refunds for Replacement Items:
If an ordered item is unavailable, you will have the option to either remove it from your order or replace it with a different item.

  • If the unavailable item is removed from the order, you will be refunded with the amount of cost of the item.
  • If the unavailable item is replaced with another item that costs less than the original item, the difference will be refunded to you.
  • If the unavailable item is replaced with another item that costs more than the original item, the difference shall be paid by you.

5. Conditions for Refunds:
To ensure a smooth refund process, please make sure to adhere to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
In case the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact Sellati immediately for further assistance. We will provide you with assistance and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
7. Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items after they have been delivered to your designated address.
8. Refund Exceptions: There may be instances where we are unable to process a refund, including:

  • Items that do not meet our return conditions.
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Items that have been tampered with or altered in any way by the customer.
  • Items that have been returned after the 3-day return period.
